"I called Mosquito Squad yesterday to ask about using their company to treat my yard, especially the back deck area, for mosquitoes. The woman whom I spoke to was friendly, helpful and within a short time, I had an email proposal about their services, their time frame and the cost. I read the proposal on my email, accepted the proposal over the phone, and also made the payment over the phone. This took approximately 30-40 minutes to complete the entire process, and they were set to come apply the first treatment within the next 24 hours. The technician appeared at my door this afternnon, explained who he was and made sure to get my verbal permission to proceed with the treatment. He said to not use the area sprayed for at least 30 minutes after they finish. He was very polite and nice. I would recommend Mosquito Squad to anyone. They are nice, easy to work with and prompt. "Last week, Mosquito Squad did their scheduled spray and, at our request, sprayed extra heavy because we had an upcoming party(today, 7/12). But because of all the rain there were a lot of mosquitoes - 1 day before the party. I called them after hours last night and left a message requesting an emergency spraying, figuring it was probably too late. They texted me early this morning saying they were coming out to spray. Their customer service is second to none. I am so glad that I use The Mosquito Squad."
