"Just wanted to share how much I like working with this company. We have lived in our dream home for 18 years and before the Mosquito Squad my husband only went outside to take out the trash. So when he retired, I redid our patio so we could enjoy our evenings outside. However, since the Mosquitoes love him so, he refused. I was referred by a friend for the Mosquito Squad and now we have coffee on the porch and wine on the patio. My 2 favorite things, with no mosquitoes or pests joining us. 🤗 They (mostly Vanessa) is great at communicating before and after service. Also, if I have any problems between services they always make sure it’s taken care of. I have had a problem with a new tech not following protocol, but the owner came the next day with the tech and walked him through the process. I like that he’s hands on and was willing to work with his tech to give us both what we needed. It made a huge difference when I know what he expects from his team to please his customers. "We’ve been using Mosquito Squad for 3 years now! We get the Natural Treatment, not the EPA registered product, because we had a baby and a toddler back when we started service. It’s been working well, so we haven’t needed to switch to the stronger product. The company is easy to reach by phone and text, and responds to texts promptly. Vanessa is great with explaining everything, answering questions, addressing concerns and offering multiple solutions. Our usual technician, Adrian, is friendly, arrives during the scheduled treatment window, and is very thorough with the spraying and application of granulars. While Adrian usually services our property, we have had several others, and all of the technicians actually care about doing a good job. They will always ring our doorbell upon arrival to make sure they speak with us before they treat. That way they get all the useful feedback and makes sure no new issues came up after the last treatment. I’ve recommended friends and neighbors (unfortunately, family is outside their service area). A friend actually switched from a different pest control provider to Mosquito Squad after they were impressed they didn’t get any bites at our house despite being outdoors all day and night. That friend is on their 2nd year with Mosquito Squad now, and happily totes the Mosquito Squad yard sign on their front lawn!"
