A chance encounter with his brother-in-law, trying to cook burgers in a mosquito-infested backyard in Georgia, sparked an idea that would change his life. After discussing Mosquito Squad’s mosquito control services, Scott realized the potential for the product and saw a business opportunity in nearby territories in North Carolina.
It didn’t take long for Scott to take the leap, and soon he was the proud owner of a Mosquito Squad franchise. The decision was easy—he had experienced firsthand how effective the service was in his own yard, and he knew it was the perfect way to leave the corporate world behind.
Over the years, Scott has successfully grown his business, expanding his territory from surrounding Greensboro to Burlington, Chapel Hill, Durham, Cary, and Apex. A proud graduate of NC State University, Scott is a dedicated Wolfpack fan, often found at home football games. Outside of work, he’s an avid outdoorsman and a VW enthusiast.
Leslie joined Mosquito Squad in 2018. Upon arriving she immediately informed us that she would be the funniest person in the office. Well she has lived up to it and keeps everyone on their toes. It wasn't long before Leslie proved her worth to Mosquito Squad. She immediately became a hit with the customers with her charming Southern personality. Everyday she states how many new best friends she made that day with new customers. Leslie is married to "her man" Chuck, and they have 2 lovely kids: Abbey and Jimmy.
